Our specialty coffee is designed to improve your mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I learned to roast coffee through classes at RoasterWorks in Auburn, WA, and gained valuable experience with green coffee while working for three years at The Green Room as a Green Coffee Handler also in Auburn, WA.
