2020 Training- Roasting on Diedrich IR-12
This is my favorite roaster. Learning to use this machine was easier than I expected. It took longer to understand the roasting software linked to the IR-12. I learned to use Cropster, which was important for perfecting my signature roasts when I sold coffee in WA State. In the future, I plan to invest in a Diedrich, but for now, I'm happy with my Mill City Roaster 6kg.
